Terms of Use for Mosaic Moments Tag-it App

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Mosaic Moments Tag-it app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App
The App allows users to browse a list of Mosaic Moments dies, view detailed information about each die, and select one of three options: “Have It,” “Want It,” or “Not It.” The App is free to download and use on iPhones.

3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App’s performance, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully and refrain from:

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App.
• Using the App in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its functionality.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the App.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the App are owned by WIsh in the Wind, L.L.C. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By using the App, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store any personal data.

7. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically, and your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
