Here are some ideas for kids, teens and adults to get your creative juices flowing.

It is easy to create adorable cards with the images that come in paper packs, like this one from Bella Blvd.

Jodi added the number one to the balloon using the Numbers 3 set. She also used the Basic Die Bundle, Alphabet 3 CAPS  and Alphabet 3 Lowercase dies.

Adorable, custom birthday cards can be created with simply the Basic Die Bundle and Alphabet 2 Die Set.

For this one, Paije used adorable papers and a sticker from Doodlebug Design Inc. ™.

Stitch Frame Dies provide a nice background for Doodlebug Design Inc. ™ patterned papers in this fun moo cow card.

Paije used the Alphabet 3 CAPS and Alphabet 3 Lowercase dies to create the sentiment. You could even include the child's name, if you wish.

Birthday Cards for Kids

This one is made simply by layering patterned papers from Authentique using dies from the Basic Die Bundle and Layering Bundle.

Candy pulled different dies in the nested sets to let more, or less, of the paper show in each layer.

When creating cards, look at each shape in your die sets and mix them up for great new shapes.

Here, Danielle used the 3x4 Diamond Mine Die and the square layering die that comes with the Dynamic Die Set.

Accompanied by adorable paper from Bella Blvd, kids will surely love this one.

Did you notice, this is the same design as the Two Wild card above. Changing the papers makes the cards totally different, so try taking the basic idea from any of these layouts and altering it to fit your birthday person.

These stickers and papers are from Doodlebug Design Inc. ™.

Incorporating a border die, like the Wave Border Die Set shown here, is a fun way to add to the theme of your paper.

Paije also used the Basic Die Bundle and papers from Echo Park Paper Co. on this card.

Personalizing a card can be as simple as adding a number. Here, the Numbers 4 2x2 7 & 8 Set was used highlight the special day.

The pirate map paper in the background was cut with the Grid Cut and Layering Squares dies. Plus, the dark brown paper was created by using the center of the 2x4 Trellis die. So creative!

These papers are from Echo Park Paper Co.

This card uses on-trend papers from Craft Consortium in bright hues, accompanied by the Canterbury Border Die Set.

To make it easier to fill in all of those little pieces, Candy placed adhesive on the back of the paper before cutting out the dies. The die may not cut all the way through the backing on the adhesive, depending on what type is used, but it will cut out the paper. Then, you can use tweezers to easily pick it up and put it in place.

The centers on this one are filled with Wendy Vecchi Enamel Accents, but you might also try Stickles, Liquid Pearls, or gems.

Notice how cute these chevrons are when cut from monotone patterned papers.

Paije used the 2x3 Chevron Die and Basic Die Bundle to bring to life the patterned paper she placed behind the sentiment. She used sticker letters from Doodlebug Design Inc. ™ and papers from Jillibean Soup™.

Use up your leftover papers when making cards. The smaller surface allows you to use scraps of all sizes.

For this one, Paije used the 3x4 X-Factor Die to create a backdrop to hold the "16", made from the 2x2 No. 4 Number Dies.

These papers are from Vicki Boutin.

Paije got really creative with this one, using the 1x4 Horizon Die as both a frame and a surfboard. The left over cuts were placed next to each other on the center of this card to create the surfboard shape.

She also added the  Wave Border Die Set and papers from Vicki Boutin to complete the card.

This one uses the 3x4 Box Kite Die, along with the Basic Die Bundle and Layering Bundle. The flowers were taken from the Oval Frame Die Set.

The Charmed 4x6 Die creates a huge punch for little work when filled with patterned papers, like these from Authentique.

The baseball was made by printing a sentiment on vellum and then cutting it out with the Circle Tiles & Tabs Set.

Candy added vintage buttons for a special touch.

Celebrate numbers with a design using circles. This paper is from Echo Park Paper Co., but you could do something similar for golf, bowling, basketball or even gumballs.

Paije used the 2x2 die from the Horizon Set to create the backdrop. Then she used the Circle Tiles and Tabs Dies and 2x2 Circle Center Frame Die to create the round layers. And, she added the number from the Numbers 2 Set.
