Scrapbook Page Ideas: Make it Pop! by Sandi Keene 

What better way to pop a focal picture than to give it height and prominence?  In this mosaic, I decided to do just that to highlight my favorite photo from a trip to the beach.  While it was not warm at the beach, it was certainly sunny so it was just right for shaking off those mid-winter blues.

My focal photo trimmed 4×4 is mounted on white card stock trimmed 4 3/8 x 4 3/8.  I placed this on top of a piece of black mosaic grid paper that I trimmed 1/8″ around a 4 squares by 4 squares block.  This is adhered to my page with a double layer of foam dimensional tape.

I know that I will use this idea over and over.  It would make a great gift or home decor item when framed.  Enjoy!
