Maybe one of these questions is on your mind:
Do I need a die-cutting machine?
Yes you will need a die cutting machine. We love the Sizzix® Brand such as the BigShot and BigKick machines available on Amazon and Scrapbook.com. We do not sell die machines.
Will I need any other tools besides what is already in the kit?
Yes you will also need a die machine, scissors and re-positionable glue in order to make your pages.
What photos should I use?
Most photos from your stash should work well for Projects 1 & 2. We recommend using 4x6 photos with a variety of views, including close-ups, wider shots, and detail photos. This mix will give you plenty of options as you create your pages.
Is this difficult for beginners?
Nope. The Getting Started Kit was specifically made for anyone brand new to Mosaic Moments®.
Can I follow along with the videos?
Absolutely! We made the videos a slow and easy pace so you can follow along as you create your first layouts. You can also pause the videos at any time.
What can I make after my first two pages?
We recommend creating a few more layouts using the Basic Dies to build your confidence. If you’d like additional guidance, follow along with our Basic Course on YouTube.
Once you feel comfortable with the basics, start exploring our Level 1 dies, which make it easy to add creative details to your pages. As your skills grow, you can move on to Level 2 and eventually Level 3 dies for even more creative possibilities.
What should I buy next?
Once you're ready to expand your supplies, consider adding Grid Paper in more colors or the Grid Template, which lets you create your own grid lines on any 12x12 paper.
Any of our Level 1 dies also make a great next purchase after the Getting Started Kit, giving you more ways to add creative details to your pages.
