In the shop you will find several dies to enhance any patriotic or holiday layout you may be working on. We’ll incorporate the new Star Cornerstone Die Set, the stars-n-Stripes Cornerstone Tile Die and the Three Star Strip die.

Today’s layout is presented on a 12×12 Ginger grid paper with Pattern #236. Two double sided patterned papers by Reminisce Party in the USA and American Stripe, navy, red and cream colored cardstock and parchment paper for the journal blocks are my materials.

My photo subjects are the Constitution and Declaration of Independence along with two “quote” boxes. All other spaces are filled with die cuts and patterned paper. The choice of a more subdued color palette fit well with the nature of the historic content reflecting the history of the country and why we celebrate the 4th and not some of the traditional celebrations, but can fit nicely in with those types of pages too!

The center Stars-n-Stripes corner tile became a spot to add a layer of color for the stripes. The remaining tiles alternate the colors throughout. So many choices!
