For my daughters 14th birthday we decided to throw her a surprise party. Since her birthday is just a week before halloween we decided it would be easiest to keep it a surprise if we used Halloween as the party theme. It’s fun to prepare for a party, especially a halloween themed party. There are so many great ideas for fun foods and decorations.

Pinterest was a great source for us. We found simple recipes for many yummy treats. The jello- worms were super easy to make and a BIG hit at the party. You can see my Halloween Pinterest Board here.

If you have a Halloween Party planned don’t forget to snap photos of all your fun handy work (food decorations etc.) I recommend snapping shots during the creative process and once the goodies are all set into place – before the guests begin to arrive.
